UI Design - Updates for Combined Search

Staff have identified concern with clients knowing where combined search is accessed in the MHR/PPR Search, and when a search output in the search table is actually a combined search

- currently the search box title identifies MHR and PPR Search but does not reference a Combined MHR and PPR Search
- the search outputs are added to the table but a manufactured home search, even if a PPR search was also added (thus combined) still shows as MHR. The suggestion was that the wording in the search table references combined search and that the icon is updated, potentially to show both the MHR and PPR icon
~~-currently there are MHR and PPR Dropdown in the search list. There is no indication in that list that there is a combined search option under MHR search~~

Policy has also identified the same concern and made a recommendation below.

Updates are required to make it clear how to access search options.

Intro text needs to be revised to make it clearer what is returned by each search (MHR and PPR), including that the MHR-PPR combo search incorporates PPR search by manufactured home number only. Recommended changes are shown with revision marks:
Select a search category and then enter a value to search. Each search of the Personal Property Registry incurs a fee of $x.xx. Each search of the Manufactured Home Registry incurs a separate fee of $x.xx. Each search of the Manufactured Home Registry will allow for the optional inclusion of [the summary search results from] a separate manufactured home registration number search of the Personal Property Registry. Any further search of the Manufactured Home Registry which includes a search of the Personal Property Registry for an additional manufactured home incurs an additional fee of $x.xx per search.
Comment: The recommended text may be reformatted for easier reading, such as fees being presented in a table or as a bulleted list. Depending upon the context, alternative text may be OK – e.g. “search the Manufactured Home Registry” or “Manufactured Home Registry search” – provided the text makes clear which registry is being searched, and in the case of a combo search, which type of PPR search (MHR number) is performed for a combination search.
