UI Design - Folio components - inconsistent wording across business apps

There are inconsistencies is wording for the Folio components across different apps.

1) Some Folio components use the word "None" when its not entered, others (probably newer ones), use the word "(Not entered)".
2) Some Folio components use the side header label "Folio or Reference Number" while some use "Business Folio or Reference Number" (to differentiate between the Business's default Folio and a Transactional Folio)

We should look at all of the Create/Edit UI apps to see which ones use "None" and see if it makes sense to change to "(Not entered)"

THEN open 0871057 B.C. LTD
AND click Dissolve this business
THEN Folio component says (Not entered)

Alteration

IF you Log in on DEV / BCREG0040
THEN open 0871057 B.C. LTD
AND click View and Change company information
THEN Folio component says None

---
Numbered Company Inc Application

IF you start a number company IA
AND don't fill out a Folio number on step 1
THEN Folio component says (Not entered) on the review screen
