Show hidden characters in the PPR Registration UI fields

Zenhub 11214 was created to show hidden characters in the UI for general collateral. This was addressed by creation of a wysiwig. Clients can also copy and paste hidden characters into other PPR Registration UI fields.

Update the UI fields so that clients either

- see the special characters pasted so they may resolve before submitting
- do not allow special characters that could pose a problem so even if clients copy and paste the characters are stripped before paste occurs
- focus on fields a user is likely to copy and paste in, and which might have special characters (e.g. in Security Agreement if user enters secured party without a code, or in the field to enter an individual debtor or a business debtor)

Begin by locating the PPR Registration UI fields for Security Agreement and individual or business debtors. Reproduce copy-and-paste behavior with hidden characters, then determine which fields should display them for correction and which should strip them; done means the selected fields handle pasted special characters consistently.
