PPR Correct Base Registrations with duplicate general collateral text

In Zenhub 790 a client identified general collateral issues with two of their registrations. Doug has found a table of 198 base registrations with duplicate gc text, including the 2 registrations in this ticket. Registration numbers are in the attached file (tsv).

1. BA to spot check to confirm that the issues are showing in PROD.
2. Groom with team to identify the best way to resolve these.

Review the attached TSV of 198 base registration numbers and spot-check the two registrations in PROD to confirm the duplicate general collateral text. Then use the findings to groom the issue with the team and define the resolution; done is correcting the identified duplicate text after the approach is agreed.
