UI Design - Let user use the Completing Party information when adding a Proprietor or Partner

**Base on SME Input**
- For most Sole Proprietorship, the user wants to use the completing party for the individual proprietor information.
- For most DBA, the user does not want to use the completing party for the business proprietor information.
- For most GP, the user wants to use the completing party as one of the partner information.

With our current design, the SP and GP users will need to enter the same information twice.

**Design Direction**
- We will introduce the ability for the user to re-use the completing party's information when going through SP (individual) and GP (first individual partner) flow.

**Three options are considered**
Option A: Segmented button at the beginning of the micro flow
Option B: Adding an option on the modal dialog
Option C: Adding a convenience action on the form
