Sign out button on "Update Business Profile" page

**Describe the bug**
On initial view of the "Update Business Profile" page the Sign out button doesn't appear. On back from the dashboard the Sign out button appears but it doesn't work.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Login.'
2. Enter the CP and Passcode for a first time coop
3. The Sign out button is not displayed
4. Enter an email address - go to Dashboard
5. Hit the browser Back button
6. The Sign out button is now displayed on the "Update Business Profile" page but it doesn't work (doesn't sign the user out).

**Expected behavior**
The Sign out button should always be displayed on the "Update Business Profile" page and it should sign the user out if selected
