Description
Old title: As a user I want to be able to set a custom cessation date while doing my annual report or directors change filings
## Description:
Given I am logged in and I am in the directors change section
When I click on the chevron I have the option to set dates on my current directors
If I chose to change Director A end date then it is a Director Change filing or If I chose to change Director A appointment date unless it impacts another filing then the user should be blocked or notified as its a correction " you can't do this and you need to call our office"
Then create a filing output that is related to the date chosen and filing type
NEEDS DESIGN WORK on exceptions

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified; start by locating the directors-change and annual-report filing flows in this repository and reviewing their date validation and filing-output tests. Work cannot be considered done until the exception design, validation rules, filing types, test coverage, accessibility review, and UX approval are settled.
