UI Design - FOIPPA information

There is a FOIPPA statement currently on all the paper forms for Entities filings.
Staff would like this displayed somewhere on our UI.

This ticket is to determine where is the best place for the statement (bottom of a filing, icon on dashboard, in To Do list, etc.)

Personal information provided on the Statement of Registration is collected, used and disclosed under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) and the Partnership Act for the purpose of assessment.
