Description
probably do this in the Colin-api and Legal API and UIs.
see what's the eta and solution with the Indigenous stuff before we prioritize.
Could do the work to disable all special characters now and then reintroduce Indigenous characters later.
Wrong postal codes out of scope for this ticket. Can create a new one once we figure out what the issue is.
