### Create an endpoint to return all organizations associated with an user

## Description:
Create an endpoint to return all organizations associated with an user, this will be needed during affiliations logic as it needs to check if an organization exist for the user.

This endpoint will take the form `/users/orgs`. User id will be retrieved from JWT.
