Test: Alteration outputs

Lance spoke with a client who recieved an alteration output via email that should not have been sent.

She filed a simple alteration (no change except the business type) but for some reason, she recieved a name change certificate output!

The output was only recieved by email, and you can't see it on her entity dashboard.

Test some alterations to confirm that the client receives the correct outputs **via email.**
