UI - Display Base Registration in History Section for registrations with amendments/renewals/discharges

The base registration should be included in the verification statements once a registration has been amended or renewed to assist users in determining the changes made to the registration.

Display the base registration information in the History section for registrations with amendments and renewals, including:
Amendments (any amended data, including Details Description and Court order)
Renewals
Discharges

*Note: Once implemented the document on how to read outputs will require updates.

If the registration had not been amended display text: "This registration has not be amended. View the Current Registration Information at the beginning of this report for complete registration details."

Display following original base registration information:
Date and Time
Registration Number
Registration Life
Expiration Date and Time:
Registering party full name and address
