UI - Fix Text Titles for Amendment types in Registration Table

Description
Scott noticed that there are unexpected Registration Type titles for the different types of amendments appearing in the My Registration tables.
For example, "Partial Discharge" should instead say "Amendment – Collateral Deleted"
