PPR Search - Payment Confirmation modal covers search parameter value

**Describe the bug in current situation**
This issue was raised in the January 20 Staff training session.

When performing a search, the Payment Confirmation modal displays and gives you the option of cancelling the search or proceeding with payment and search, but the search parameter isn't displayed to check if the correct parameter was entered. The placement of the modal covers the search parameter field (and can't be moved) so it can't be viewed. This leaves the user wondering if they entered the correct search parameter when deciding whether to proceed.

**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Enter a search category
2. Enter the search parameter
3. Click the search button
4. Payment Confirmation modal displays, hiding the search parameter

**Actual/ observed behavior/ results**
Payment Confirmation modal covers the search parameter value but doesn't display the value to help in making the payment decision.

**Expected behavior**
Payment Confirmation modal contains the search parameter OR Payment Confirmation modal is placed elsewhere on the screen and can be moved
