SBC Staff - Data Retaining Issue

Here are the scenarios for data retaining:
Not sure whether these issues get fixed when Registering Party (10430) is done, but tracking in this ticket to make sure to verify before Go-Live.

- [ ] When a Registering Party is entered and trying to add a secured party, then the Registering Party details are retained.

- [ ] When trying to start a new registration, then the previously entered data for Registering Party, Secured Party shows up for new registration (without email address)

- [ ] When "Undo" button is clicked for Registering Party, then the Previously entered details are retained for Individual Person and Business for Registering Party

I am seeing info I entered into a previous registration showing up when trying to add a secured party or a debtor (and some other weird validation

This was happening previously for non-staff users, but was fixed #8509

Start by reproducing the four data-retention scenarios listed in the issue and review the related registering-party work in #10430 and the prior fix in #8509. Done means verifying that registering-party, secured-party, and debtor data behaves as described in every checklist item before go-live.
