Custodian of Records missing email and middle name on entity dashboard

When a Voluntary Dissolution is filed, the Custodian of Records information displays on the upper right hand side. It is missing the following the required information:

- [ ] I entered a middle name for the custodian of records, but the middle name is not getting displayed in the COR component on the dashboard - middle name should display if it was entered. **We need to make sure all middle names for all people display on the dashboard.**

- [ ] Custodian of Records display is missing the display of the email address **as per design comp below:**

Start at the Custodian of Records component on the entity dashboard and compare its displayed fields with the issue and linked design comp. Done means the custodian's middle name appears when entered and the email address is displayed for voluntary dissolution filings.
