Description
This change will be required once the mainframe is retired.
Currently, when ministry accounts submit new GL coding, BCOL Admin use a lookup tool on the mainframe to determine if it's correct/valid.
Once this tool is retired, the functionality will need to live in the new application.
Analysis required:
- what sanitation and validations exist
- what endpoints exist to provide this validation (at CAS?)
