Description
The receipt for an Address Change filing shows the following Recognition Date and Time and Filed Time:

Conversely, the Notice of Articles for the Address Change filing shows the following Issued Date and Time (which is the same as the Recognition Date and Time above!?) and Recognition Date and Time (which is close to, but not the same as, the Filed Date and Time above!?):

Conversely, the Address Change filing shows the following Filed Date and Time (which is the same as image 1 above) and Address Effective Date and Time (which is off by 1 minute from some of the dates above!?):

Expected result: What we call these different date-times, and their values, match between the different outputs. At the moment, it's unclear what is what.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Compare the receipt, Notice of Articles, and Address Change filing outputs, then trace how their Recognition, Filed, Issued, and Effective date-times are produced; the work is done when the labels and values match across outputs.
