PPR - Change Registering Party for Crown Charge/Misc Act Registrations

When registering a Crown Charge or Miscellaneous Act registration, the Registering Party cannot be changed as is possible for standard PPR Registrations.

This would allow the Submitting Party to register on behalf of another Registering Party. Changing the Registering Party would be optional but not required, allowing the change to be made if required or desired.

This would apply to all Crown Charge and Miscellaneous Act registration types.

If the Registering Party is changed, the list of possible Registering Party code entries to select from would be the restricted list of codes matching the same account as the original Registering Party. (the same as is done when selecting the Secured Party for a Crown Charge/Miscellaneous Act registration)
