MAT/Par: Updates to content Applying for Mat ALLOWANCE

**Tasks**
In the Maternity Leave leave allowance section

**Change the text of the first option to:**

• I want to receive maternity leave allowance during my leave. I understand that I will need to provide proof of acceptance from EI to BC Public Service To claim allowance. I understand that if I do not return to work after my leave for a period of at last six months or the equivalent of the leaves taken, whichever is longer, I will be required to reimburse the Employer for the allowance(s) I received while on leave.
