CTHUB - LDV Data Template Sheet name change.

**Describe the task**
In the LDV Date downloadable template, the sheet name is current listed as "LDV_Data". It needs to be renamed as "SP-Complete sheet".

**Purpose**
This will allow align the downloadable template with the CTHub system warning/error detection triggers during the upload process. If the Sheet in the uploaded file is not labelled as "SP-Complete sheet", the system triggeres a warning and does nto allow the user to proceed with the upload.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] The sheet name in the downloadable template must be changed to "SP-Complete sheet".
