CTHUB - Upgrade Packages

**Describe the task**
MAny major dependencies within CTHUB require an upgrade. Any subsequent systems that are also overdue, or would benefit from, an upgrade should also be dealt with.

**Purpose**
CTHUB is under continued development with further features and improvements expected. To ensure CTHub continues to function optimally, we need to ensure the packages within CTHub are upgraded as needed.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Review and determine which dependencies in CTHub need to be updated
- [ ] Update said dependencies

**Additional context**
- Notifications have been received stating that some packages within CTHub haven't been updated in over a year. This is related to those notifications.
