Spike - CTHub ICBC Data storage requirements

**Problem Description**
**In order to** store all of the desired ICBC data on CTHub, CTHub **needs to** have sufficient storage capacity.

**Solution Needs**
- The business area wants to store both the historical ICBC data (estimated to require 80gb of space), along with monthly additions (estimated at 800mb of new data per month). The business area would also require storage space for a variety of views that can be used for analysis in PowerBI
