CTHUB - Delete unused datasets from Dev, Test, and Prod environments based on the list identified by the business area.

**Describe the task**
Identify and delete unused datasets from Dev, Test, and Prod environments to free up storage in CTHUB and Metabase.

**Purpose**
The storage usage across Dev, Test, and Prod is too high. The business area is not currently using these datasets, so removing them will help optimize storage and improve system performance.

**Acceptance Criteria**
