Migrate Issues from Entities Repository to Connect Repository

Description

As part of consolidating work into the Connect repository, review and migrate all active and relevant open issues from the Entities repository to the Connect repository.

Approach

- [x] Review all open issues in the Entities repository.
- [x] Identify issues that are still relevant, active, and should be retained.
- [x] Close or archive obsolete, duplicate, or no longer applicable issues.
- [x] Transfer tickets to the Connect repository.
- [ ] Compare issues created in both repositories - Entities and Connect.
- [ ] Identify duplicate, overlapping, or related issues.
- [ ] Merge information into a single issue where appropriate.
- [ ] Adjust groupings where multiple issues relate to the same initiative.
- [ ] Review priorities, labels, ownership, and status to ensure consistency.
- [x] Update repository settings to make the Connect repository the default location for issue creation.
