Provide access to the signed version of the ToU in UI

**Description**

Currently, clients do not have a way to view or access the version of the Terms of Use (ToU) document they accepted. This creates a gap in transparency and self-service support.

Implement a UI capability that allows authorized users to:
• View the current Terms of Use.
• Review the effective date and version number of the agreement.
• Download or print the document for their records.

**Business Rationale**

Providing access to the Terms of Use improves transparency, reduces support inquiries, and ensuresclients can easily reference the terms governing their use of the service.
