Description
**Problem:**
Users returning infrequently (e.g., annually) do not remember which identity provider they used when creating their account. This leads to failed login attempts, confusion, and avoidable support requests.
Large number of STRR related phone calls to the Help Desk pertains to this issue as hosts did not know which login method they used last year when they first registered : BCeID or BC Services card.
SBC had no way to access this information either , until we provided a lookup tool for agents to look-up corresponding SBC account and/or login source (BCeID/BCSC) associated with Registration Number to better assist callers in identifying the login source associated with their account.
However this is not a STRR specific problem.
PO/BA task : connect with Services BC and BCOL help desks to get statistics to understand the scale of the issue.
