Description

Description

Identify all documents that are shared across the Connect Platform and used by multiple product teams. Review existing repositories and documentation sources to determine the current document set, ownership, and status.

Check if the reference inventory exists. If not, create the inventory that includes:

- Document name
- Purpose
- Current owner
- Repository/location
- Current version (if available)
- Products or teams using the document
- Review status (current, requires update, or duplicate)
- What type of review (legal, business, etc)

The inventory will serve as the foundation for establishing governance, standardizing shared documentation, and defining a single source of truth.

Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Shared platform documents have been identified.
- [ ] A reference inventory has been created.
- [ ] Current ownership and document locations have been documented.
- [ ] Duplicate or overlapping documents have been identified.
- [ ] The inventory has been reviewed with key interested parties.
