BA / OCM work with Platform / Connect

Creating this ticket to hold high-level role information in the initial period.

There are at least four areas of focus:

1. Define standards for onboarding partners;
2. Migrating entities still on the mainframe;
3. PDF forms automation;
4. CSBC Design Audit results;

...and possible Platform improvements as a fifth piece.

**Additional notes:**

Trish has developed some priorities, including adding apps to the Modernized platform, including BC Assessment, and four apps from Ministry of Environment; Objective is to have these live prior to September.

Main areas of BA/OCM activity:

1. Define standards for onboarding partners. As Modernized goes to maintenance model, define services and best practices. Some of this will be in John's area;
2. Mainframe entities (e.g. cemetaries and railways) - these need to be searchable in Modernized
3. PDF Forms automation - this will include Corps forms; objective is to develop one mechanism for all forms development / update etc; Connect team has a dev working on a POC for this;
4. CSBC UI Design audit results - review and assess outcomes.
5. Possible fifth area is Modernized improvements
