Update link on the digital.gov site to point to the new Partner Onboarding site

**Description**

Once the Partner Onboarding site is ready (and has been updated with the new contact information), update the Digital.gov site https://digital.gov.bc.ca/bcgov-common-components/common-digital-platform/ to ensure the intake form is referring to the Partner Onboarding page.

**Tasks**

- [ ] Update digital.gov site to point to the Partner Onboarding page..
- [ ] Ensure Contact Us info is updated to new contact information (designated contact email(s) : Trish, Thor, Olga and John).
- [ ] Verify that all links are functional and direct users to the correct pages.

Note : the decision is not to use a shared mailbox at this time, we will revisit it later.

Open the Digital.gov page at https://digital.gov.bc.ca/bcgov-common-components/common-digital-platform/ and identify the intake-form link and Contact Us information. Confirm the new Partner Onboarding page and contact details are available, update the references, and verify every affected link reaches the intended page.
