Connect - Partner Onboarding Framework

The Partner Onboarding Framework project objective is to establish a standardized, repeatable approach for onboarding partners onto the Connect platform.

The framework will define a consistent process, roles and responsibilities, required documentation, governance, technical integration guidance, and communication practices to ensure partners are onboarded efficiently and consistently.

It will identify common onboarding activities, standardize reusable templates and documentation, and define best practices to reduce duplication of effort, improve the partner experience, and accelerate onboarding timelines. It will also establish a single source of truth for onboarding materials and provide clear guidance for product teams supporting partner integrations.
