Review and update public fee information pages

The information about fees is scattered across four pages:

Issue 1. Page 1 includes reference to Page 2, that mostly contains additional fees. But for the Namex product information on Page 2 partially overlaps with the info on the Page 1. It's not clear what was the intent of introducing Page 2.

Issue 2. The drop down list on the Page 2 includes items that do not provide any results as relevant information is not included in this page. It looks like unfinished product/filter

Issue 3. Page(s) should include the information who the fees are applied to - this information is currently missing

Start by comparing the four linked fee-information pages and locating their corresponding pages in the Connect platform. Review the overlap between Pages 1 and 2, the Page 2 dropdown results, and the missing information about who fees apply to; done means the intended page structure and complete audience-specific fee information are clear and consistent.
