PAD ToU still includes Queen and "Premium" Account

The Pre-Authorized Debit ToU still cites the Queen, and still references a "Premium" Account.

The Queen is cited in the section "In This Agreement" under definition of "the biller".

Premium Account is referenced in the same section, under definition of "the payor".

The PAD Agreement is sent via email to a user applying for Pre-Authorized as their payment method in Modernized.

Patty Stemkens is going to confirm with Ody and Anish as to where the actual PDF (or text for PDF) lives (in Github?)

There are five existing tickets on the Pay board or in Github related to the PAD Agreement. The tickets relate to the PAD Confirmation email, the PDF templates, the PAD confirmation webpage, emailing the PAD Confirmation Letter to Account Administrator, and downloading the PAD confirmation communication.

First confirm with the Pay team where the PAD Agreement PDF or source text lives. Then inspect the referenced account-mailer paths, especially pdf_templates/pad_confirmation.html and the PAD confirmation email, and identify all affected pages before updating the Queen and "Premium" Account references.
