SSO provider plugins

With the latest version `0.1.0` i added a flag for adding key cloak identity provider hint to the login uri to the Implicit Auth Manager
This makes the manager coupled to key cloak. It'd be a great idea for the manager to accept plugins that enchanced/modified the configuration/behaviour of the manager so it would be less coupled to an SSO provider
