Archive Wiki documentation / Change management

Once this documentation goes live on Backstage we need to do change management so that people start going to the right place. We may have to replace every Wiki page with a redirect (automatic or a link) to the new documentation.

Also, the app contains links to the Wiki, as does the documentation in the repo. These will both need to be updated.

Start by inventorying Wiki references in the app and the repository documentation, then confirm how the content will be published on Backstage. Update the identified links and provide redirects or links from Wiki pages to the new documentation. Done means users are directed to Backstage from the Wiki, app, and repository documentation.
