Description
As a Ministry team, I want a documentation running me through the Reserved Instances in AWS, so that I can leverage this cost optimization for my project.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Run through the process first
2. Explain how it works, the key considerations - must pay, can't change after purchase.
3. Check again Gov policy on duration (1-3 years) and upfront/no-upfront (PO/Dir/ED).
4. Document a step by step process to reserve an instance
