Decommission the Appsheet CRM

**Describe the Issue**
We don't really use the Appsheet CRM anymore, so we can probably remove it. It has been replaced with the product registry and also our project tracking Jira board.

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [ ] Take a backup of the spreadsheet that backs the Appsheet CRM and store it in the "CPF Tech Team" shared documents
- [ ] Decommission the Appsheet CRM

Start by identifying the spreadsheet backing the Appsheet CRM and the CRM itself, then verify that the product registry and project-tracking Jira board replace its use. Done means the spreadsheet backup is stored in the "CPF Tech Team" shared documents and the Appsheet CRM is decommissioned.
