**Describe the Issue**
- We are not able to run the billing utility with older billing data
**Additional Context**
- Looked at the Athena queries that are being run for older time frames and the query outputs no data and that might be the reason why the utility fails
**Acceptance Criteria**
- Figure out the issue on the billing utility
- Create a ticket if the work required is big to fix the issue
