Wrong Link to Supported Services on Login Application

Description

**Describe the Issue**
On the tab called "Supported Services" in the login application there is a link in the first section to the Government of Canada's "Cloud Framework Agreements" which goes here:
- https://gc-cloud-services.canada.ca/s/gc-cloud-fa?language=en_US
In the AWS section, searching for something like "Lambda" yields no results and you can't find it in the list. I think the link to the available services should be this one:
- https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/services-in-scope/CCCS/
But maybe because it's not a government website? I'm not sure but I did get a couple messages from team members about not being able to find the list of supported services.
