Next steps as per April's critical Operations process areas creation for Enterprise-ready planning

**Acceptance Criteria**
- Review initial draft of the service operation's components (#2898) - Published under Ops repo\processes\Change Management
- Re-evaluate what each of these (beyond the first two already completed - IM & CM) will look like for Public Cloud platform services, and drive further tickets towards that full OCIO\ITIL-compliant, Enterprise-ready service operations posture
- Develop each of the further areas into a succinct info section on what has been done for that area currently (document each of these and put in subfolder of the 'Ops Process Areas')
- Create plan to improve each of these remaining Enterprise-ready Ops process areas - for Backlog
- --> Idea is to improve Platform Administration ability to quickly troubleshoot and conduct regular operations and overall Operations efficiency/security (tickets to detail these and create their own docs\folders within the 'Ops Process Areas'
- Use these to kick-off the CloudOps team discussions/concept development process for next set of priorities\tickets
