Description
**Describe the Issue**
Users currently will have access to all dashboards. We need to restrict access in QuickSight for customers to only view dashboards designed for customers, as opposed to all dashboards that we might be using internally in our team.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Evaluate how to deliver this solution.
- [ ] Customers can see customer dashboards and nothing else.
