Jump Server Creation Automation using Terraform Infrastructure as Code

**Describe the Issue**
To automate the launch of EC2 instance and install Windows Server and other tasks

**Additional Context**
- To install Windows Server on EC2 using AMI Image from AWS
- VPC, Security Group, Tag, Encrypted EBS Volume (Size, IOP, type), EC2 Key Pair, EC2 Encrypted, NACL
- User Data to auto start OpenSSH Server
- Scheduler Job for WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux)
- Create standard user for SCP File Transfer
- Harden/shut off unused port such as RDP 3383
- Managed by Fleet Manager
