Update Quicksight Dashboards

Update AWS Quicksight billing dashboards as needed, following information gathered on PO feedback.

- [ ] List items that can't be delivered as described, with context to why (ie. Not possible in quicksight, data doesn't exist, etc.)

AWS QuickSight billing – User interview insights

Timeframe:
Historic spend (previous 12 months)
Current vs previous 3 months spend.
Custom period lookup
Add drop down to view any period for “invoice spend” & “amortized spend”.
Projections/forecast for next 6 months spend.

Types of information to display:
Budget
Overview of total bill
Spend breakdown (add checkbox to view spend per account)
All environments
Costs and usage
By project
Types of costs
By service
Billing details for project/platform services
Historic spend by project.
Chart format for previous invoices
Beginning of fiscal year

Wants:
Notes/summery field
Ability to export to excel (historic tend)
Create comparison report across multiple projects.
Ability to export summary.
Include OCIO costs and PST/GST
A way to filter by environment for all data visualizations at once.
Users would like to be able to see currency in CAD instead of USD.
Swap term “previous month” with the name of the current month
