Spike: Study CloudGuard AWS SES SDK Upgrade Impact

**Describe the Issue**
CloudGuard Cloud is updating SES SDK. As a result, two additional permissions which was not required previously are now become required.

**Additional Context**
- SES SDK upgrade will be rolled out before Oct 4
- These changes are essential to facilitate continuous information retrieval for SES (Simple Email Service) Entities.
- The upgraded SDK is necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of CloudGuard services
- Check Missing Permissions in Environment page in CSPM
- Add permissions to Cloud Guard Connect

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Conference Call with Vendor's Cloud Team if needed
- [ ] Add permissions to CloudGuard Connect without affecting existing permission
- [ ] All SES entities information can be retrived in CSPM
