To create a schedule job to backup firewall log in log & monitor server (Firewall Manager)

**Describe the Issue**
Create a shell script and a schedule job to backup Firewall log locally

**Additional Context**
- Forge First. then Assembly and Live in separate ticket
- Shell Script to backup log file in $FWDIR/log to jump box.
- Schedule Job to kick off the backup weekly

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [ ] run SHA checkup before scp to s3 bucket. The SHA message digest should be identical
- [ ] backup is conduct weekly
- [ ] error message in the job log if the job failed
