To create a schedule job to transfer the files to S3 bucket

**Describe the Issue**
Update the backup shell script and the schedule job to transfer the DB backup file to S3 bucket

**Additional Context**
- Forge First them Assembly and Live
- Shell Script to do the backup and file transfer
- Housekeeping the local backup
- Schedule Job to kick off the backup weekly
- AWS S3 command via vpc endpoint to transfer Backup Firewall Mgr's DB, FW configuration, Firewall Log to S3
- If ASEA allow SCP to transfer file to S3 bucket ?
- From windows server to s3 bucket
- Manually first and put in github repo (private repo) in another tickets

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [ ] run SHA checksum before scp to s3 bucket. The SHA message digest should be identical
- [ ] backup/transfer is conduct weekly
- [ ] housekeeping local backup monthly
- [ ] error message in the job log if the job failed
