Description
**Describe the bug**
On the weekly billing report email the exchange lab logo formatting breaks down when the screen shrinks to a certain size. We want to maintain the formatting in the smaller pane as well.

Add steps to reproduce the behaviour or any other context
**Definition of done**
- [ ] Exchange Lab logo looks the same for smaller screen sizes
