Create a list of services supported by Cloud Pathfinder Team

It would be beneficial for the team to have a list of all services that they support of the team as it would help with planning operational support for the services.

You can use [this spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pvaxCdYts1MeRv7bHP10a1yt_MGk6KpK/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=117424105494791099088&rtpof=true&sd=true) that the Private Cloud team put together.

DoD:
- [ ] a list of supported service is documented (include the link in this ticket) , including the metadata (i.e. see the columns in the example spreadsheet above) and is reviewed and approved by the team
- [ ] a list of all third party tools that the team uses is documented on a separate tab including the information about who has admin access to the tools (i.e. GCP root account, Azure admin DevOps account, Terraform Cloud admin account, etc)
- [ ] presented/reviewed by team to confirm information is accurate
