Description
**Describe the Issue**
- Right now we have quite a few channels where we receive the Notifications and we want to consolidate the number of channels
**Additional Context**
- Reach out to Prabhu or Warren for Additional context.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- Number of channels are consolidated and all the extra channels are removed
- Consolidate number of channels: All the core account alerts go to one channel and all the workloads go to one channel. All severity go to the same channels. Total of six channels(2 for each env)
