Review, Discuss and adopt the documentation strategy guidelines

**Describe the Issue**
Ticket #2268 created a documentation strategy for the team. The document, located at 
has to be adopted by the team.

This ticket involves
- Reading the document (at least several members of the team)
- Submitting feedback
- Including the feedback in the document
- Including the document (or parts of it) into the Team working agreement

**Additional Context**
Documentation is crucial for future generations of Pathfinder team members as well for easing the transition from Pathfinding to maintenance.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- A new _Documents Strategy_ guidelines
- The document is adopted, understood and applied by the team in a regular basis
